Skip Alert Notification

What is a skip alert?

A skip alert notification is an e-mail that is automatically sent to you when new information is provided about an existing listed default.

How does a skip alert work?

When you register a default, a check-box is available allowing you to 'tag' the default for skip alert notification.

If you tick this box, we will monitor all defaults and searches and send you an e-mail when your debtor has been found by another centre. The email you receive will include the details of the centre allowing you to make contact with them and aid in tracking down your outstanding debt.

Skip alert tagging is automatically removed when you receive a notification. Re-tagging is simple - just visit the Edit Default section of the website and re-tick the skip-alert check-box.

What does it cost?

This does not cost anything, it is included as part of the service we provide you.
