Fetch my Debt can handle the 'dirty work' of recovering debt which is, the unfortunate, but necessary part of doing business. If some customers are not living up to their commitments - we can step in and apply the necessary motivation.

We're experts at encouraging delinquent debtors to promptly fulfil their responsibilities. We can handle outstanding debts in any size or stage of delinquency.

For debtors that fail to fulfil their responsibilities we will commence legal proceedings (with your permission). If this occurs any legal fees are added to the arrears and are payable by the debtor where the case is awarded to you.

Commission based debt recovery

Our commission fees are performance based and are only charged on successful recovery of the debt. Recovered funds are held on your behalf in an audited account and disbursed monthly for any partial amounts collected on your behalf.

In exchange for a fixed commission rate, agreed in advance, and based on the age of the debt, the size of each individual debt and an ongoing referral of debts, we absorb most costs associated with the issuance of demands and management of payments and charge our clients on a usage basis for incidentals.

An indication of our debt recovery charges

• Commission Rate - 30%-35% (depending of the size, age and amount of the debt)
• Demand Letters - No Charge
• Local Phone Calls - No Charge
• STD Phone Calls - No Charge
• Listing Fee - $10.00 per debt
  This administration charge is refunded when we collect the full arrears and all commissions are paid..
• International Phone Calls - As per call charges
• Skip Tracing - $15.00-$30.00
• Field Calls - From $100.00
  All field calls include three (3) attempts at the same address. It is out policy to consult with you prior to arranging any field calls.
• Subsequent Field Calls - $20.00 per attempt
• Small Debts - $20.00 per debt
  This administration charge applies to debts less than $100.00 to cover costs.
• Data Entry - $10.00 per debt
  This administration charge applies for clients who don't use the online data entry portal available FREE with our credit reference service.
• Early Withdrawal - $50.00 per applicable debtor account
  All accounts referred to Fetch my Debt that are subsequently withdrawn, settled with the debtor directly or otherwise finalized are subject to Fetch my Debt’s costs, commissions and other fees which are applicable at that time. A minimum administration charge of $50.00 for each debtor prematurely withdrawn is applicable.
